My son’s father called me today and said lets buy a ticket for Dylan’s return home from summer break today before the tickets go up.
I say the tickets won’t go up today and before the night was over they went up $50.
How many times do we wait to do something thinking that we will still be able to get that thing or do something at a later time but it results in you missing out all together or paying a higher price.
This really got me thinking about all of the times this has happened in my personal life and business.
And it won’t break the bank to pay and extra $50 which is a small price to pay but how about other things in our life where the price is never or too high to even go there anymore.
I was thinking about all of the times where I left a big business Idea go. Where the energy came and went and the biggest tragedy is that I won’t ever know if it would have worked or what it had the potential to teach me. Because I didn’t want to do it then, I was waiting for the right moment or I was just scared of what other people would think.
Sad, I know.
I guess the reason we don’t give these opportunities their value is because spirit is always speaking to us, letting us know our next step, guiding us to the next idea but honestly how many of these are we going to throw in the trash without even exploring.
But like many breakthroughs today is the day where my eyes have open and the event penetrates my heart and I realize the message.
It is never too late to change a pattern.
It is never too late to listen to inspire action and choose to act on it even when you don’t feel like it or are afraid.
But I’ll tell you this, opportunities are like gold. Don’t let your gold go without giving it it’s proper value.
